Shipping & Delivery Times / Rates

Flat rate of R59 nationwide with door-to-door delivery. Unfortunately no delivery to farms. Please note delivery to certain outlying areas might take a bit longer than major cities and also during peak season such as Christmas or Black Friday.

We cannot be held liable for any courier delays beyond our control such as hi-jackings, vehicle accidents, national disasters and extreme weather conditions. We will ensure you are updated on your order's progress and refund upon request if required.

Items that is currently in stock will be delivered to you within 3 - 6 working days. Certain outlying areas might take a bit longer. 

Returns

If you would like to arrange a return or exchange please contact us on  sales@alanaswardrobe.com. Simply return the product within 2 days for exchange or refund after you received your order. If 2 days have gone by since you received your order , unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. Proof of purchase will be required.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of items are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, birthday outfits for photo shoots, swimming costumes and sale items. 

Damaged or any items that is not in its original condition will not be refunded or exchanged.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed after your confirmation of your banking details. You could also request a gift card. Refunds will be processed within 2 days of product received back in perfect condition. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
